I applogize for the following rant.


What is "!?" ?
I've typed it out on numerous occasions.
is it a sound?
an emotion?
I mean I can tell you what :) is
just like I can tell you what :( is
or even what :\ is.
but what on earth is !?
I can even tell you what (_|_) is
but the truth is that somehow !? is universally understood.
I mean it doesn't work with any other punctuation

meaningless, all meaning less, but !? speaks volumes
